Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were small yet comfortable and modern, meeting my expectations for the trip. The minimalist amenities were sufficient, but the loud music videos playing made conversations challenging. Despite the smaller size, the rooms were very clean.
I had a mixed experience at Perla Central. The rooms were comfortable and very clean but the noise from the street was a bit bothersome. The staff provided professional service, although they were a bit insistent about the breakfast buffet tickets. The location is good for exploring the historic center but lacks immediate amenities. The dining options were limited and not very suitable for foreigners, offering only salty choices. However, the facilities were well-maintained, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel rooms were spacious and allowed me to move around comfortably, entertain guests, and even do my morning dance exercise routine. The shower was excellent, but the room had an awful smell, though it was modern and had everything I needed for my trip. The service was very helpful and the staff were accommodating and pleasant to work with. The location, just off of Calle 16 de septiembre, was good for exploring the historic center, despite being in an area of urban renewal. The dining options were limited, with only three choices that were often salty, not ideal for foreigners looking for sweeter options. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
